How long does a detailing appointment take?

It depends on the package and the condition of the vehicle. A Quick Wash typically takes about 30–45 minutes, an Express Detail runs 1.5–2 hours, and a Full Detail usually takes 3–5 hours. We'll give you an honest time estimate when you book.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

In most cases, yes. Access to a standard outdoor water spigot and a regular outlet is ideal. If that isn't available at your location, let us know in advance and we'll work out an alternative — we can often bring our own supply for an additional fee.

Do you come to my home or office?

Both. We bring everything needed directly to your home, office, apartment complex, or job site anywhere within our service area in New York. Just point us to the car.

How often should I have my vehicle detailed?

For most drivers we recommend a maintenance wash every 2–4 weeks and a full detail every 3–6 months. Vehicles that see heavy use, pets, kids, or harsh weather often benefit from more frequent service.

What is included in a full detail service?

Our Full Detail includes a foam wash, clay bar treatment, polish, wax, interior shampoo, window cleaning, full carpet cleaning, tire cleaning and dressing, and door jamb cleaning. It's the complete inside-and-out restoration.

Will detailing remove scratches from my paint?

Accepted Answer

Light surface scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation can often be greatly reduced or removed through our paint enhancement and polishing services. Deeper scratches that have gone through the clear coat usually require paint correction or touch-up beyond standard detailing.

How should I prepare my vehicle before my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Just remove any personal items, car seats if you'd like the area underneath cleaned, and anything you don't want us to handle. That's it — we take care of the rest.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is collected once you've inspected the finished work and you're happy with the results.
